About Me.
I'm Dr Feyikemi Akinwolemiwa-Alao.
I built The Innovation Playground because I kept seeing the same problem: teams stuck in endless meetings, unclear decisions, and frustration.
I created a bespoke facilitation practice to fix that , helping teams get real outcomes on alignment, AI strategy, team bonding, and more.
